    Hello,

    I just received my UTRACK 24 and, after updating to 4030 firmaware I have a problem. Sometimes the device restarts when pressing MENU/LOOP button.
    Jst to confirm there´s no solution to this and send back the device to pick up another one.

    Hi Julian ,

    There’s no user who experienced any similar issue with the device, I don’t think is that firmware related issue, most likely hardware issue. Please ask a replacement device.
