    Hi Kevin,

What device are we talking about?

What is the firmware version on your Cymatic device?

What is the brand/type of the USB drive?

Did you format the drive with Cymatic device before you copy the content?

Hiya, thanks for the reply, please see below

What device are we talking about = utrack x32 card

What is the firmware version on your Cymatic device =5000, i installed the lastes version before I started

What is the brand/type of the USB drive? = Seagate 500GB SuperSpeed USB3.0 External Hard Drive HDD Disk for Desktop Laptop (bought new for this see link) https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Seagate-500GB-SuperSpeed-USB3-0-External-Hard-Drive-HDD-Disk-for-Desktop-Laptop/223106024798?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

Did you format the drive with Cymatic device before you copy the content? = Yes, went through the set up procedure carefully.

Other. I have an X32 rack – remote control output from utrack is rj45 to a router. This router also has the RJ45 from the x32 rack remote control connected to it. One output from router to laptop for remote control of both units (x32 and Uteack card). Also connect to the router is a second wireless router for wireless remote control of both units. There is no usb connected to the utrack as the instructions state.

Also I selected that the utrack card time clock is set to the x32 rack mixer

Think that is it, I can send pictures of screens and set – up, seems to be a common so a documented solution might help a lot of people.

WHat else can I try – I need the network and wireless applications for remote control, surely it should effect recording in that way

    Thanks
    Kevin

Please respond to question #43678, otherwise It will be sent back to the shop Monday and I will purchase the Behringer version

I was advised not to buy a 3rd party card for my x32 rack for this very reason, non compatibility and poor support due to lack of product support, resource and knowledge.

Don’t like to moan guys and very rarely do so, however it looks likes I’ve wasted my time and money

    Hi Kevin,

I have sent you email to your support request.
The first step would be to check the device with the demo content from our website.
    https://cymaticaudio.com/demo-materials/
Please report me back does this solve the issue or not
