ParticipantDear Cymatic Audio,
today I’ve received my bran new unit, and I’ve upgraded the firmware to the latest version.
When I plug-in one of two identical usb drives (corsair 32gb) I’ve got the error message I’ve descrived in the subject.
For now everything goes smoothly but I’m a bit worried because I’m planning to use it for playback purposes in a big tour in the next months / TV shows.I’ve alredy tried formatting both the drives.
Thanks in advance

ParticipantHi Lorenzo,
I assume you are using the device for playback.
After formatting the drive, please re-export the content using uTool. Make sure that you are using the latest version of uTool. Please let us know if the problem still exists.

I have the error when I plug-in the USB pendrive, then the playback goes smoothly, but I’m worried about the error message because I’m gonna use the unit in important venues.

KeymasterHi Lorenzo,
I assume you have this error message on the screen because you exported the song(s) to subfolder. By default the uTrack try to load the songs from the root folder if you have no songs there you can see this error message. This only happens if you have pre-loading enabled (pre recording disabled) and the exported songs located in subfolder.
Actually you will not see this message if you browse the folder where you exported your songs the preloading should succeed.
We will correct this “issue” with the coming firmware release15th May 2017 at 18:19 #28392Lorenzo Bertelloni

KeymasterPlease check the song in uTool try to rename it and make sure there’s no empty period (space) after the song name.
We will going to fix this issue in the coming uTool release.
Once you have renamed the song(s)/playlist(s) you need to format the drive and export the content on the drive23rd April 2018 at 11:17 #29689ROBERT SINGLETON
ParticipantThank you. Plays now after reformat.
