    I am having trouble with the utrack 24. When I plug my usb into the utrack it shows the message ‘System date & time not set!’.

    Also all front buttons are locked out and even when I try to even change the firmware I can’t do anything as none of the front buttons work.

    Does anyone know how to fix this?



    Hi Michael.

    To set up the date and time the easiest way to use uRemote, and sync the time under the uRemote settings menu.
    About the front panel issue…
    Well, if you have USB drive connected to the device, you should able to use the front panel buttons.
