    Hi all,

    Since yesterday I’m a proud owner of the X-32 board. Alongside I purchased the uTrack-x32 as well.
    I’ve not tested the card itself yet but to my big surprise it showed up as the X-UF card from Berhinger themselves. It even lets me switch the card to FireWire??!! There is no FireWire on the uTrack!!

    What is going on here? Anyone an idea?

    Hi LuDia,

    The uTrack-X32 card detected as X-UF card that’s normal, but of course only the USB mode working with uTrack-X32 card

    Hello,

    I just installed the UTrack x32 card into the Midas M32r, but the console does not see the x32card at all.. I’m not able to move to the “card” tab under setup on the console, please advise. Thank You

    Does it appear as the UFX card? That is normal if so.

    yes this is irritating.
    Real name and a matching picture should not be the problem 😉

    The problem here is most likely that Cymatic can’t do a thing about it as the x32 board identifies and displays what it detects.
    The only thing Cymatic maybe can do is give Behringer the chip id information so they can update the Firmware of the X32 to name and display the uTrack as such.
    Question is if Behringer is willing to do this.
