ParticipantHello,
Sometimes I will need a given track to be say 2 db louder on a given track, and the track is already set at -0 db on the mixer. In the library I will re-edit the track in an editor and bring the AVG up two decibels, then save the file.
Then when I open up the uTool2, after refreshing both sides, the uTool program does not see a change in the version of the wave file in the library, and therefore when doing a quick export, the one newly edited file does not get re-sent to the USB drive to overwrite the existing version.
Can you please explain the time stamp versioning section for me and why there is no overwrite success for me?

ParticipantB) Figured it out. The timestamps are UNIX or EPOCH time and my files were stored on a network drive. The program did give warnings in red, and sure enough this was causing problems in synchronization.
Moved default library location to a local disk and that solved the problem.
