    Hi,

Could you let us know the exact versions of uRemote and uTrack24 that you are using.

You can check the firmware version of uTrack24 from Settings Menu->Utilities->System Details
Could you also give the IP address of the uTrack24.

For the uRemote, you can click on the uRemote icon inside the app which should open an about box. In this are the details about the version and which device (IP address) is hosting the app.

Apart from this, you have to make sure that the IP address provided for the Wifi and the wired connections are in the same range.

uTrack’s Firmware is 3474 and the IP 169.254.188.16. iRemote’s version is 1.2.038 but I can not see any IP address in here. But what do you mean by saying that the IP address provided for the Wifi and the wired connections are in the same range?

In some routers it could happen that the router provides different IP address (range) to the wired devices and different ones to the wireless devices. When this happens they will not be able to communicate with each other.

I have a few more questions:
    1. Could you send the screenshot of the IP address of your iPhone. With information about subnet mask etc?
    2. Could you also send the screenshot of the about box of the uRemote app?
    3. Is there any other computer connected to the same network?

    Thanks.,
