Uremote always displays” no uTrack connected”. (my uTrack firmware is 4218). I installed uRemote on a Windows10 laptop, and on a Windows8.1 desktop. I used wired connections with an Ethernet hub,and dalso directly.
The Wifi connection mode was equally unsuccessful.
The uTrack is seen by the computers in USB mode since the mixer software is working.
I tried several IP addresses with disabled DHCP. ( enabling it later on does not change anything).
It is said in the manual that uRemote should discover automatically the device, so what is wrong ? what can I do to solve this issue?
