ParticipantJust got my card today but having some issues.
Can connect via the Remote IOS app ok, can’t connect via USB on either OSX or Win 10
All recordings are empty, just get 32 silent tracks.
Card does not show up in the X32 card menu, but not sure if it is supposed to or not as there in no mention of this in the manual.

ParticipantHi Corper,
To connect via USB on windows you need to install the driver available in the downloads section. OSX does not need a driver (strange that it did not work)
Please check the X32 manual to see how to route the signals correctly into the card.
The card should show up on the X32 card menu, similar to X-UF card. Although none of the features on the Menu will work. It is only an indication that the uTrack card is inside the X32.6th March 2017 at 20:21 #28104Stuart Howitt
ParticipantWindows drivers are installed but does not connect to either win10 or Mac OSX, have tried different port and cables but it just doesn’t connect.
I can’t route to the card as the only options are for the previously installed stock USB card.
Card does not show up in the menu.

reinstalled OSX software – still does not detect in uremote.
Reinstalled win10 software and drivers – card shows up in USB control panel but not detected in Uremote
