ParticipantHi together
My problem is when installing the last USB driver following error message appears:
‘EnumerateConnectedDevices: DITDI_EnumerateDevNodesParseInf failed with error 3’
and after this message appers
‘Please connect the device you wish to install and turn it on’.
But actually the device is connected, the power is switched on and no harddisc is connected at uTrack-X32.
Does anyone have an idea for me please?
Regards

KeymasterHi Uwe,
What is your OS version?
Could you please try with another USB cable (maybe short one) and by using another USB port on your computer?
Please make sure the uTrack-X32 not connected, reboot your computer, start the driver installer and connect the device once the driver installer ask you to connect.18th July 2018 at 20:10 #40321Uwe Fischer
ParticipantHi Laszlo,
thank you for your answers. The OS verion is Windows 10 Home.
I already tried different USB cables and also the installation while set power off. But without success.
I now decided to do a new Windows installation. This is also to cleanup the old upgraded Windows 7 installation. I hope then some system functions will have a better performance as well.
After this I will give feedback again.Regards

KeymasterHi,
The uTrack24/uTrack-X32 does support USB 2.0 or higher USB storage devices.
The drive must be formatted with the device. Please tell me the drive brand and type as well a proper error description about the issue.
