ParticipantToday I have installed new firmware on brand new UTRACK24.
After inserting USB key i get error message:
“Cluster size Too Small” – Format USB Drive? OK
I press in data button – display then reads: “Formatting Drive” following with “Format Drive Succeeded” and after a blink of a second it return back to the starting point:
“Cluster size Too Small” – Format USB Drive? OKI have tried two different USB keys and UTRACK24 continues with the same behaviour.
Drive is formatted FAT32.
Here is a video of that: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1hteFRYnQy7YGfDgIFrVxf1az9cpDlYnfNeed some help quick on this please asap.

ParticipantHi,
I wonder if this company has anyone dealing with their customers and their problems all.
This site and forum posts have been compromised fro days and no sigh of anyone dealing with the problem.
Browsing just recent replies one can see that there is absolute absence of any help from Cymaticaudio stuff – it is mainly customer to customer support!
As if the forum is meant for us – the users to solve problems among ourselves.
I have been waiting for more than two days a reply to my threat:
As I have completely un-operational unit – and no reply. I have to say I am really pissed off!
Some post a moderators name and contact here please.

KeymasterHi,
Could you please tell us some details from this USB drive?
Brand and type and size12th June 2018 at 11:12 #35634Branko Zorman
ParticipantThank you for response, and please excuse my rought tone above. I really needed to start to connect Utrack24 and Behringher X32.
Well, after zillion of try and errors I found out that smaller USB’s (1, 2, 4GB) do no work to transfer files from utool 2 to ytrack24, and that best is to use 8GB or bigger sticks for that.
So I got it working after all with 16GB stick. I did not try jet with portable SSD HD but I am crossing fingers it will work.Thank you for your response. Glad you cleaned mess on your Forum as well.
