    I currently have firmware #2644 on my uTrack 24.

    I understand I need to update to #3124 before updating to the newest and I understand that with my firmware I have to use either a Network or USB connection directly to my computer (as opposed to the USB drive).

    In the instructions it says “Download the uTrack24 USB Updater Application from http://www.cymaticaudio.com/downloads” but that application is nowhere to be found.

    Can someone please help me locate the USB Updater Application?

    Front USB drive isn’t an option and I don’t have a Network option so this is the one remaining method.

    Hi,

    You don’t need to update to 3124. You can update directly to the current firmware release (4064)
    The USB updater discontinued long time ago, you can use the network update method.
