KeymasterHi paulmellors,
Do you have audio tracks assigned to the channels?
As I know correctly the mixer panel crash if no audio files assigned, the “empty” song playback cause crash.5th July 2016 at 01:06 #27200Paul Mellors
ParticipantThat’s it:-) User error. Misunderstood the interface. Thanks

ParticipantHi folks,
I am a new member here, as Yesterday I received my UTrack X32 in the mail.
Yesterday I also installed it in my X32 rack, and last night gave it a run at my 5 hour covers gig. (2x1hr sets, then 2 x 45min sets)
Got home at 4 am, but obviously being keen, plugged it into the Mac and tried (That’s TRIED) to use uTool2 to import the files.
No go.
Continual crashes, wavs imported with no time showing but the file there, over an hour of frustration.
In the end I thought I’d give uTool (Version 1) a crack.
Perfect.
What’s up with uTool2?

KeymasterHi wolfbass,
Please let me know what is your OS version.
You can also use your recordings by directly drag and drop them to your DAW.
We are sorry for the inconveniences.12th September 2016 at 10:25 #27361Andy
ParticipantHi,
It’s OS X 10.9.5
btw Apart from the uTool2 issue, I’m LOVING the uTrack X32.
