ParticipantHi there i cant seem to get utool to find the takes from a gig this weekend recorded on a utrack x32 card, i can see the takes on the external drive and can even copy and paste them to my pc but i cant get utool to see them from either the external drive or the location on the pc ive saved them to? Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Jack.

KeymasterHi Jackthehat,
Please make sure you have the latest uTool installed (2.0.033)
Please make sure in the settings of uTool the uTrack-X32 also selected in the device list.
First try the following thing, before you copy the content from your USB drive to the PC:
Open the import tab in the uTool, on the source field make sure the first icon selected (USB drive), then click on the “select removable drive” field.
Select the USB drive which have the recording content.
Wait until the Cymatic “flower” spinning (the uTool check the drive content)
In the source explorer field the uTool list the content from your drive.
Click on the arrow before the MultiTrack folder then select your recordings.
