    Hello,

    Just purchased the uTrack x-32 option card for my M32R.. I recorded a test pilot of 32 CH to my ext HD, after finished recording, a folder showed up, “Multitrack”. I opened up uTool to try to extract the file out to Multi tracks, but uTool does not see the multi track folder in my ext HD.. can you please advise. Thanks

    Hi RxBxMusic,

    Did you set up the input routing properly?
    The Multitrack folder created automatically when you connect the HDD to the uTrack-X32.
    The recordings will placed in “TakeXXXX” folder inside of the Multitrack folder.
    When you open the uTool make sure the uTrack-X32 selected in the Settings/Target device, then click on the import tab. This tab list all of the recordings inside of the Multitrack folder in your HDD.
