    Hello

    This weekend i try for the first time the mixer function in v2.0.054 and .055.
    I playback an utrack-x32 but after around the 8 min, it stops and go back to the zero position.
    This happens on all my multitrack records, have someone else the same problem.
    And how can I fix this problem……………..

    Ad first sorry for my delay answer, I was on holiday.

    For now, I have test a lot off songs and there have this problem in the u-tool mixer function, sometimes the stops around 8:00min and sometimes it is longer like 15 minutes. I have test it on windows 7 and on windows 10 on both I have this problem. When I playback the song direct from the card there is no problem, I test this on both of my cymatic cards.

    Yes, I can send you a song but it a total of 13.5 gb so too big for we-transfer, I have one song of 2,9 gb and a total length of 10:28min and this stops ad 7:45. But it is a record ware only 16 tracks of the 32 are record , and it is an opening off a show so there is less sound on it, but perhaps it can help you to find out what is wrong…

    Or I will come over to Eindhoven if Cymatic is still there 🙂

    Thank you for your email and for the kind words.
    I’ll send you an email to access our dropbox folder where you can upload the content.
    The testing/development team are located in Switzerland so I thing the dropbox easier solution for you instead to travel to Switzerland 😉

    Hello Laszlo.

    At this moment, I send you the file in your drop box folder.

    I call A friend off my today and ask him to test it also with his setup, he mend the same problem on his MacBook pro it gives the same issue after around 8 min or later the play function stops in the U-Tool mixer, and go back to the start point 00.00.00

    He also has a Cymatic card and he test it with his SSD drive, my drive is a normal 2.5inch 500Gb
    I hope this information can help the team, …

    Hi Peter,

    Thanks a lot for uploading the song. We figured out that the problem happens only in the “target editor” and not when creating the song.

    The bug is that, only one multi-channel wave file is played back in the uTool target editor. We will soon have a fix for this problem.

    Please can you replay when the problem is fix, and a new U-Tool version is life?

    Hi Peter,

    Since the version 2.00.54, we have active updating mechanism. If your PC is connected to the internet, the support tab will start blinking to inform you that there is a new version available.

    You just have to click the “download and install” to have the latest version.
