ParticipantNew UTrack 24, updated firmware, used UTrack to format drive. Used UTool to import multitrack from computer to use for soundcheck. UTool only lets me import some of the tracks. They are all recorded at the same time into Capture or ProTools and saved as wav. Some song tracks will import, some won’t. Doesn’t matter if it’s a raw recording or processed / edited. How can I get it to recognize all 24 tracks in a song? i emailed tech support over a month ago, but no reply.

KeymasterHi,
The import function can be used for import uTrack24 recordings from the HDD to your PC.
The export function can be used for creating multitrack songs from your mono wav files on your PC then export to the USB storage device what you want to use with uTrack24.Creating multitrack songs you must follow this rules:
-The source files have to be mono wav files.
-The sample rate of the source files have to be 44.1/48/88.2/96kHz
-The resolution of source files have to be 16/24 bitI apologize for the inconvenience probably we overlooked your email.

ParticipantI’ll double check, but I think I only chose recording meeting that criteria and I think that is what they are. That’s why I posted the question because it doesn’t seem to be working for me. IF it helps: MacbookPro spring 2011 Utool 1.1.42 at the time. I just updated to .46 today. OS is 10.10.5 It was 10.10.4 at the time.
