ParticipantHi,
we have the problem, that playlists are not playing. The error is “Playback failed” / “Preloading failed”.Firmware is up-to-date, we´re using UTool 2.0.32.
I´ve noticed, that the Playlist-File does not store the correct location of the songs
what it looks like:
MySongName
Songs_072016 I´ve edited the playlist by hand and changed it to the correct location:
eg:
MySongName
Songs_072016/MySongName Note: Songname and directory are the same… intentionally 🙂

AND IT WORKS.
@CYMATIC: Can you confirm this?Best regards,

KeymasterHi dotkill,
Yes I can confirm there is some problem.
It is related to the playlist which have a song in subfolder.
Actually only the “/” missing.
In your case:
MySongName
Songs_072016/We already uploaded the 2.0.033 uTool for windows including this bugfix.
The OSX version will be uploaded little bit later today. Thanks for the heads up!

ParticipantHi Laszlo,
thanks for the lightning-fast fix. Just in time for our next show! All thumbs up for that!
Just exported our playlist again and everything seems to work as expected.
One more (small) thing: At startup (default is Multitrack-Mode) there´s the message “No songs found”. Don´t know if it was there before, but i would expect a “default” song or something. Maybe because of our Subfolders?
Anyway… thanks a lot.

ParticipantHi Oliver,
By default when the LP-16 starts it loads the songs present in the “Recording” Folder. In the previous versions of uTool it was not possible to create sub-folders and all your songs would be inside the “Recording” folder.
Now that you only have songs in sub-folders and nothing in the main multitrack folder (“Recording”), at start-up you see the “No songs found” message. If you go into the browser and choose a song from another folder, all the songs from the selected folder will be available from the main screen.
Hope this clarifies it.
