Did you export the songs with uTool?

ParticipantYes I Import and export trough Utool, but what I find out are that I cannot just Drage songs from my Desk to Utools, I have to Import them, and take them one at the time. As I tell you before, Your company Must make a Video to show how to Use Cymatic / Utools. Step By Step.

Could you please follow those steps just to verify the uTool works properly?
Create a song:
Open uTool, go to the settings
Make sure your uTrack24 selected
Click on the Home tab
Click on the arrow before the “uTrack24” label in the left window
Click on the “Multitrack songs” and select “New Multitrack Song”
You’ll see a popup window, In the left window please open a folder on your PC where your source files located
Select the files in the left window and drag and drop the files from the left to the right (the right window is your player outputs)
Click on the save and close the editor.Create playlist:
Click on the Home tab
Click on the arrow before the “uTrack24” label in the left window
Click on the “Playlists” and select “New Playlist”
Click on the arrow before the “uTrack24” label in the left window
Select the song what you created before, simply drag and drop that song from the left window to the right.
Save the playlist, close the editorExport content:
Click on the “export” tab and make sure the target is your uTrack24 (top left side)
Click on the multitrack songs and select your multirack song(s) [You can do the same with the playlist as well.]
Right window top section please select your USB drive where you want to export the song
Click on the export, wait for the process succeedSide note: If you see any orange exclamation mark in the uTool this means the song has an error. You can hover the mouse on the exclamation mark to display what is the problem with the song/playlist

ParticipantHi. I told you many Times. That your way to explain me, is not so good. Im a guy from Denmark, and I think that the best is to make VIDEO. I told you last week, that I have use about 40 Hours to find way to use Cymatic. and tools . And I get it now. .

I agree with you the video would be nice we already planned to create that video, but unfortunately we cannot publish that in the near future. (I assume you need a solution soonest as possible)
