    Hello, sometimes after the last firmware update I get a display error after inserting the USB stick. What can I do to avoid it ? Is this a defect? the unit is three months old – after the error I have to remove the USB stick and plug it back in, so that the error does not show up again. please look at the picture – it is about the device below.

    Hi,

    Sorry to hear this issue.
    I assume there’s a loose cable which goes to the display. As you wrote your device still under warranty. I suggest you to get touch with the place where you bought the device and ask a replacement device.

    ok I’ll send it back to music store köln http://www.musicstore.de, I’ve told them about this forum post and your answer to get a replacement device. Hope it doesn’t take so long 🙁

    If you need any support on this topic please let me know I can get touch with them, but I don’t think is that necessary this looks clearly HW issue.
