Hello, sometimes after the last firmware update I get a display error after inserting the USB stick. What can I do to avoid it ? Is this a defect? the unit is three months old – after the error I have to remove the USB stick and plug it back in, so that the error does not show up again. please look at the picture – it is about the device below.Attachments:4th October 2017 at 11:50 #28957
Sorry to hear this issue.
I assume there’s a loose cable which goes to the display. As you wrote your device still under warranty. I suggest you to get touch with the place where you bought the device and ask a replacement device.
