ParticipantToday I connected my Audient ASP800 to my uTrack via ADAT option card, to record a project at 96khz. It works okay at 96khz in standalone, with a hard drive. However, it doesn’t sync to the external ADAT at 96khz when connected in interface mode. Interface mode works fine at 48khz, but will not work with ADAT at 96khz. I’ve switched the sample rates of both the devices multiple times, but will not get it to sync at 96khz in interface mode. This is a bummer, because I bought the uTrack for the dual functionality as an interface and a standalone multitrack.

KeymasterHi,
What is the firmware version on your device?
Are you using the interface mode in Windows or MAC? –> please tell me your OS version1st January 2018 at 21:38 #29273Jonathan
ParticipantHi Laszlo, thank you for your reply!
I am currently using OS X 10.12.6 (Sierra). My firmware is the most updated version for the device to date (4064).
Also, as an update to this post. I was able to get the external ADAT preamp to sync via word clock out of the uTrack. HOWEVER now the ADAT channels are duplicated when in 96khz mode on the interface (I believe channels 7 and 8 are duplicated to as channel 5-6, 7-8). I also cannot use channels 3,4 at all via ADAT in interface mode. I am connected in SMUX typical protocol (two optical toslink cables into ADAT channels 1-2 on the interface). Also, when the interface starts in 96khz interface mode there is a lot of digital noise for a few seconds. Everything works fine in 48khz, as well as all modes in standalone.
Thanks!

ParticipantWeird things are happening in 96khz, but everything is fine in all other functions of the uTrack. I love this device, I just want it to work as expected. Thank you for all of your help!
