    no signs of detection occur. only the device itself signals that “USB interface mode” is connected, but there is no reaction from IOS 10.13.6 either in the iMAC system settings or the MIDI equipment settings. help to deal with the problem?
    Utrack firmware is 4218

    to everybody please note, who reading it post:
    support service members don’t help to fix… they only have written to me what I’m the first user who declares of that problem. funny!…
    but I had a fix that problem by reinstalling the software back to the earliest version 3124.previous software ver. 4218 and 4064 it doesn’t fix it the problem.
