ParticipantHello,
after installing the Utrack X32, the installation of the USB/ASIO Driver looks fine. I get the massage, that the driver is not signed …. blabla.
But after the installation, i get error code (10) from windows (device manager), that the hardware cannot be started.Ok, i`ve installed the USB Driver on my Laptop and it works fine. But i can`t get the USB connection from my DAW PC.
It`s an ASUS Board. I turned off the Driver certificates in Windows. I`ve also deinstalled the Behringer x32 USB driver …
I tried some other USB Porst, but it looks like a windows problem. As usual on my DAWs, i switched of a lot of Windows services, that i dont need for propper work with windows.
Maybe there is one service that windows need for the Utrack?
The Behringer original USB was working well …Any idea?

KeymasterHi,
Sorry for the delayed response.
What is your OS version?
First please remove the currently installed driver (if already installed)
On windows 7 (64 bit) systems you need to have a Windows6.1-KB3035131-x64 hotfix installed (this update must be installed first), then reboot the computer and install the Windows6.1-KB3033929-x64.
Reboot the pc again.
Start the driver installer and make sure there’s no USB drive connected to your uTrack-X32. When you see that popup message connect your uTrack-X32 to the computer. The installation should succeed.5th December 2017 at 16:56 #29189Miralem

ParticipantAhhh, i forgot my second question.
I`ve tried to give the Utrack an IP Adress (switched of the DHCP) but it doesnt work.My DAW PC is not in the same Network IP Range as my Router (Internet). But the Router is the DHCP for all Internet connections.
So I`m not able to manage the Utrack with my DAW, as the Utrack gets the IP Range from the Router.5th December 2017 at 17:33 #29191Laszlo
KeymasterHi,
Once you disable the DHCP you need to type the IP address manually then reboot the device to apply the new parameters. Does it revert back to DHCP after rebooting the device?

ParticipantYes, it reverts back to DHCP.
