ParticipantHi,
I find that, when lower my buffer depth to 512 samples or lower, the drop-out are just making me impossible to record and/or play any MIDI instrument live. This makes it impossible to work.My setup is the following:
– Laptop Toshiba (2015) Intel Core i7, 64bit, Win10, 512GBSSD, 16Gb RAM DDR3
– Ableton Live 9
– The utrack24 is only using 12 outputs and 6 inputs connected to a Soundcraft
GB2-ROn the other hand I have tried using another audio interface (Foscusrite Scarlett 2i2 2nd gen) and it allows me to play instrument and/or MIDI keyboard with lower latency levels.
Is there a way to solve this issue with this interface? I need to be able to work with it.
Thanks,
Julian

KeymasterHi Julian,
Could you please check the connection with the latency tool?
Latency checker
Please try it out with the USB cable which was included with the device (less than 1meter) and do the same test with the cable what you are using currently - AuthorPosts
