Hi, First post…
Just received my uTrack24. I updated the firmware to the latest version (3474). I seemed to be having an issue where if the uTrack24 is connected to my Mac, the other USB devices won’t work (my computer keyboard, mouse, usb hub, etc..). If I disconnect the uTrack24, Restart my computer everything is back to normal. As soon as plug in and turn on the uTrack24 it locks everything up again. Totally weird. I already tried resetting the SMC on my computer (Shift+Control+Option+Power)… but still acting funky.
Any thoughts would appreciated.
