    Hi there

    Just bought a new LP16 last Friday but I cannot get the MT playlists to work on the device. A ST songs works. I create a MT song, then added it to a new MT playlists and exported it to a USB FAT32 removable stick. However, the LP16 keeps telling me that it doesn’t find any songs and the folder is empty? is this a OSX problem?

    thanks for a quick reply, I need this device for a gig soonish!

    Hi Lukas,

    Please make sure in the uTool Settings/Target device LP-16 selected.
    In your file explorer on your MAC do you see the content inside of the USB drive/ Recording folder?
