So to my knowledge FAT32 only supports file sizes up to 4 GB, and since drives must be in this format, is it normal for an hour long recording session to split into 8 or so different WAV files? If so, this doesn’t make much sense because it takes a ton of time to splice together 8 takes of 32 tracks.. I can’t find anything in the documentation that talks about this but we’ve been recording services that last around an hour or so and the recordings always split up if over a certain amount of time.

    Hi callahanryan12,

Please use the uTool to import your recording.
The uTool will merge the parts together, and split the multichannel wav’s to 32 mono wav file.
Please take a look for the uTrack-X32 user manual pg 13.
You can download the uTool from our website: https://cymaticaudio.com/downloads
